New apartment in a calm area close to city center.

Absolutely new comfortable apartment in a quiet and safe residential area, very close to the accurate and nice woodpark (Milicov forest) with a small lake and neat paths for walking, cycling or jogging. We offer up to 4 sleeps in our apartment, two sleeps are in single sleeping room on a double bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and another two are on a folding sofa in living room (140 cm wide and 200 cm long). Apartment has TV, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and toilet. Our guests have the whole apartment for their use during the stay. We will be happy to help you with your needs during your stay, advice and recommend places to visit. We live close to this apartment so we can help quickly upon request. The apartment is located in a very calm and quiet area, ideal for those who during their business or tourist visit would also like to enjoy the nature and relax. For those who like walking or jogging in the nature there is a wood park next to the area one minute by walk. You can also enjoy your time in a great park "Průhonice park and Castle", which can be reached in 10 minutes by car or by public transport. In a 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment there are food shops, pizzeria and other restaurants, cinema etc. “Chodov” is a big shopping mall reachable in 5 minutes by car and metro, or in 20 minutes by walk. “Aquapalace Praha” is a public swimming pool with a lot of water attractions, spa, sauna, fitness and wellness, is situated in 10 minutes by car or public transport. “Aqua Sport Club” is a smaller public swimming pool with some smaller water attractions, 5 km away, can be reached either by car or public transport. Our apartment is located only in 7 minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station “Haje”; thus, you can be in Prague center within 15 minutes by direct metro line “C”. Bus can help shorten your way to the metro station up to 2 minutes’ ride, bus stop is within 300 meters from the apartment. The nearest airport is Vaclav Havel Prague Airport, 21 km from the apartment; we offer a pickup/transfer from/to the airport for €40 per one ride. Other transfers are available upon request.
