The split bathroom offers extra privacy and the full kitchen with dishwasher ensures convenient cooking and clean up. We are steps away from Piedmont College, Sweetbreads and Temperance House Coffee. There is an electric fireplace in the living room with Wifi enabled TV, industrial style high ceilings with exposed ductwork add a modern flair. The space is studio concept with living areas all open. There is a full kitchen with convenient island counter, Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher, full oven, refrigerator and microwave. The large laundry room has a stacked washer and dryer with countertop space available for folding and sorting. The bathroom has a split toilet room with sink with a full shower and separate soaking tub behind a sliding barn door beside it. The king bed has a dressing table with mirror and large closet on the lower level. The Full bed is upstairs in the open loft with ample closet space and window overlooking the small downtown. All linens are provided. Free street parking is available around the building and taxis and Uber type rides are a call away. This is a unit with stairs so please be aware to use the upstairs bed a flight of stairs must be climbed.
