A quiet, clean 4 bedroom house, with modern kitchen/dinning room & 3 piece bathroom on the ground floor. The purple room has a double bed, 3 door wardrobe, large chest of drawers, coffee table and I am getting 2 armchairs shortly. No shoes on the carpet. Located in central Ince, the house offers numerous local amenities on its doorstep with the Wigan town centre just a 25 minutes walk away. The transport links are great with Ince train station a 6 minutes walk away and regular buses into Wigan City Centre at the end of the road. Sharing with the owner and other guests.
