Sandstone castle like 1891 ex convent on 2 acres just 1 hour north of Stanthorpe and 2 hours south of Brisbane. All rooms are individually decorated, some have queen or king beds, some four posters or verandas, some have ensuites whilst others have private bathrooms down the passage. All rooms are only for 2 adults, sorry no children under 18. Mother Superiors Room 4. Used to be Mother Superiors Room when the building was a convent. King bed, air conditioning, small private bathroom down the hall TV/DVD, mini fridge with tea & coffee making.. Guests have use of gardens, bikes, DVD's and verandas. 18+ guests only. *Use of the guest lounge from 10am - 9pm (no BYO food or beverages in guest lounge, the ground floor or on the ground floor of house) Sorry but only guests staying at the Abbey are able to visit the premises. *SUBJECT TO COVID RESTRICTIONS Reception is available from 7.30am to 8pm. After that there is an emergency number for on-site manager. Should you want to dine at the Abbey at 6pm we will need your food selection and shall then confirm it has been received. Private bathroom rooms mean you have your own bathroom, but it is not in the room. Ensuite bathroom means your bathroom is in the room.
