Southampton room single or double room

Audrey's is two minutes from Southampton General Hospital with excellent links to the town center. Parking, TV and WIFI are free during your stay. There are three bedrooms a single, double and a twin room. This booking is for the double room only although also suitable for single visitor. please contact me for s reduction if coming alone. There are shared bathroom, toilet and dining room facilities. All have been recently refurbished and there is an outdoor patio for some peace and sunshine if available ! You will be sharing these areas with guests only. Audrey's is directly opposite the Princess Anne Maternity unit and the main hospital. The house is large and the rooms reflect this. All have seating as well as beds. The double room has a nice view over the edge of the city which mostly consists of trees. Access is via a key safe All guest bedrooms are lockable. Guests are able to use the dining room and kitchen downstairs. There is an outside patio which is available for guest use - including garden furniture. There is a fridge freezer and oven/microwave for everyone to use with a washer and drier for longer term guests only. There are TV's in all bedrooms and in the dining room. There are a variety of board games you are welcome to use. Keys are placed in a key-safe outside for collection. Code given once booking is confirmed. Useful numbers are listed in the rooms, including Taxis. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any advice or additional support It is a residential area near hospital with excellent transport links. There are a number and places to eat including and M & S cafe , a Subway and a large Costa. There is a M& S food shop 5 mins from the house and a Tesco express a 10 minute walk away. There is also a local and fish and chip shop. You are close to the Test Valley and Romsey is only 4 miles by car. The New Forest is also very close to this side of the city. There are some nice views from the house which has the advantage of being at a top of a hill you do not have to climb ! There is one car space per room available at Audrey's during your stay. Parking at the hospital can be expensive so this is a bonus. The bus stop is a two minute walk away and serves the whole of Southampton. You can get to the university in 15 minutes by bus. The city is also only 15 minutes away by bus and the train station the same distance. There are 14 stairs to the bedrooms and these would be difficult to navigate if you have mobility issues.
