This self contained unit has off street parking and a seperate entrance to the main building. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of suburban Everton Park, while also being minutes away from all amenities you need. We cater for long term visitors, with a full kitchen, gas cooking and ample storage space as well as a walk in robe for you to properly unpack and feel at home. The space is approx 45sqm, with an open kitchen and lounge, seperate large bedroom with king size bed with Koala mattress, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. There is a desk in the bedroom that is laptop friendly. It also has a secure private yard with clothes line. The little unit is underneath our main house - we live up stairs with our beautiful Labrador Kiwi and our young daughter. Some noise will filter through during the day, however the neighbour is generally very quiet at night. You have your own private entrance and private yard. We are always happy to assist with anything if you need, however will mainly leave you to enjoy the space on your own. We have a double driveway, and parking for the unit is on the right. Our neighbour is very friendly and suburban, however 5-10 min walk will find you a number of cafes, while a 5-10 min drive will get you to all the main essentials you may need. Please note we have some beautiful views overlooking the mountains north west of Brisbane, however that does mean we are on a hill. There are some great dogs parks around, with the Kedron Brook only a few minutes walk away.
