Beautiful Cozy Green Townhome-Home Away From Home

This place is perfect for families or groups. This townhome is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful home with working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Close to University of Delaware ,Christiana Hospital and Christiana Mall. This is a contactless rental. However, if guests have questions I am always available by phone. A short drive to the Governor's Square Shopping Center and close proximity to several restaurants. 13 min drive to Lums Pond State Park, 20 min drive to the Riverfront, and 20 min drive to Brandywine Creek. This is a rental of the whole house, with the exception of certain storage areas which are locked. I have a toddler bed that can be made available upon request. Guest must bring their own sheets for the toddler bed. Only 1 dog is allowed in my home.
