Fenced In Backyard Sits Over Half an Acre, With a Mini Basketball Court, Corn Hole, Seating Area Around a Fire Pit, and Kayaks(Life Vests are Required and available) that can be Taken Down to the Lake. Also available: - High-Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard. - Washer and Dryer (Laundry detergent provided). - Gas and coal grill for great cookouts (propane provided). - Seating area with a gas fire pit (propane is provided) Please note: We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional refundable damage deposit paid separately from your booking of $750. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property. No events or parties allowed. We may allow big get togethers for an additional fee and deposit . Well behaved dogs are welcome with an additional fee - $75 for the first dog, please contact us if you plan to bring more than one. Casa Del Lago sits in a quiet little neighborhood that is just off route 66, fenced all around it is perfect for large families with plenty of activities and space to spread out. Guest Access: Parking: 2 Car garage is available for use There are 4 additional parking spaces on the driveway. Please see photos in the listing pictures to get a better understanding of the parking. Please DO NOT BLOCK THE GUEST UNIT PARKING WHICH IS LOCATED BEHIND THE WOODEN FENCE. House Access: There is a Keypad Lock on the front door, you will be given the code after booking. The Neighborhood: Quite little neighborhood with very friendly and a good vibe. Sidewalks are everywhere and you can easily walk around Cars barley pass by the house, most people that drive around are residents You’ll be conveniently located just 36 miles from DFW Airport, 20 miles to downtown Dallas, and 37 miles from the AT&T Stadium. In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Rowlett has plenty to see and do itself. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 34 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 51 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days! Getting Around: We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Rowlett. This beautiful home is in a perfect location because we are right by the freeway making your way around Rowlett fast and easy. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! You will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Walmart just 1.7 miles away! At the same distance you will find all our shopping centers and dinning places!! Walking is good for strolls but if you want to actually get somewhere you will need a vehicle. Getting out to highway 66 is better to do through Chiesa Rd, and not through Shipp Other Things to Note: ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. **Pet fee $75 USD per pet per stay** ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. ★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★ Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. ★ CLOSED BEDROOM ★ The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8+ guests and the sixth bedroom for groups of 10+. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request. ★ SMOKING★ No smoking inside the property ★ POOL★ Pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week, pool will enter using backyard door. The usage of the pool and hot tub is under the renters own risk and responsibility. The pool is not heated *Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable. WARNINGS: Please take into consideration that we are located on the lake: Snakes, Spiders, Critters ,Bugs, Mosquitoes, Coyotes & Bobcats (at night) ,Possums and more can be found on and around the property, especially beyond the gate and close to the lake. No matter how much we clean the house, there is always a possibility that bugs and critters will be a part of your stay, no refunds or discounts will be given for any incident that is involving one of the subjects above. Kayaking in the lake, Swimming in the pool or in the lake, Diving into the pool from the diving board is under your own discretion, we will not be held liable for any issues or damages that could occur in connection with the activities mentioned above . Jumping from anywhere else than the diving board is strictly prohibited. Cameras can be found around the exterior parts of the property for the guests safety and security. Videos and images are not saved. There is another unit guest house next to this house, this is a completely separate unit, but they still have access to the lake just to be aware of it. *Please do not block the left wooden gate as we need clear access to it.
