The interiors are large and comfortable and have an excellent view of the garden, the swimming pool and the sea. Two equipped kitchens, four bedrooms with ensuite bathroom are at guests’ disposal. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is designed without architectural barriers with a bathroom accessible for disabled people. Attached to the house there is an annex equipped with a living room / kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Ideal for groups of families or friends who want to spend their holidays together while maintaining privacy spaces. In a short time it is possible to reach the beach of Soverato (15 km) and dive into the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea or take a trip to the "Fossa del Lupo" pass in the Apennines of the Serre Catanzaresi (1000 m asl), among conifers and deciduous trees. Visit the Certosa di Serra San Bruno (35 km), which was the first Carthusian convent in Italy, immersed in the woods and a constant destination for pilgrims and devotees, but also for tourists looking for mystical and suggestive environments. At 10 km, there is Lake Acero, a small artificial lake surrounded by picnic areas and where sport fishing is practiced. Access to the property per a stretch of dirt road of 100 m.
