Located at the gateway to the Garfagnana region, this is an area rich in medieval villages, imposing fortresses, spectacular caves and nature reserves. The villa is ideally located for visiting the magnificent art and architecture in Lucca (25 mins), Pisa (55 mins), Florence (1hr 40mins) and beyond, but then relaxing in the hills away from the hustle and bustle. The villa overlooks the Val di Lima, and there are plentiful outdoor activities in the valley and surrounding hills, or just relax by the full sized pool when even the incomparable Tuscan culture gets a bit too much! In addition to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms there is an outside hot water shower by the pool and another toilet in the utility room.
