Three bedrooms: one double with TV, one twin and one bunk, along with a bathroom, cloakroom and open-plan living space hosting a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and woodburning stove. To the rear of the property is a garden with a private patio hosting a hot tub and furniture that leads out to a shared, sloping lawn; ample off-road parking can also be found on the farm. The property enjoys ground-source underfloor heating with a woodburning stove. The kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are also two TVs with Freeview, a DVD Player and WiFi in the cottage. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available for infants. This property is pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The shop is situated 0.9 miles from the cottage, whilst the pub is 1.4 miles away.
