The home is a single floor layout (approximately 1000 square feet) with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a generous sized kitchen. The living room and dining room are combined into one large space which makes for a great socializing space during your stay. One bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed and the other has got a bunk bed in it with a double mattress on the bottom and a single on top! Great for the kids or a larger family. Both bedrooms are equipped with a dresser and plenty of closet space to accommodate for the longer stays. The kitchen is an open floor plan with plenty of counter space to prep your meals on. There is plenty of utensils and cooking tools to use as you wish! We are constantly adding amenities to our listings to enhance a comfortable, user friendly space to ensure that our homes feels as much like your home as possible! Reach out to us and ask us about your Pets :) We will allow well trained, well behaved dogs but NO Cats please. It is best to park in the back via alley access. Accessing the home from the back keeps your vehicles secure and way from the traffic of 14th avenue. There is plenty of parking in the back and even enough for large trailers or up to 6 vehicles. The home is located within walking distance to all your major amenities like grocery stores, gas bars, shopping areas and dinning out venues. In addition to that, there are parks, sports complexes, dog parks and churches all within walking distance as well! Across the street is Safeway grocery store and gas bar. Just a little further down is Baker Street which is Cranbrook's down town core. There is plenty of shopping and dining venues to chose from in that area - all walking distance from the home. The home is also within walking distance to parks, dog parks and sporting complex's! This is a great location for anyone visiting Cranbrook with all of your essential amenities close by. There are plenty of places to visit that are within walking distance. Cranbrook is known as a 10 minute town so if you are driving anywhere within Cranbrook... it should take you about 10 minutes. Parking at the home is abundant. There is enough parking for multiple vehicles or large trailers. Back door entrance to the property is ideal and where the main parking area is.
