This newly remodeled cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood in Forest Falls. From its deck and spa there is a great view of the palisades high above Mill Creek Canyon. - Spa recessed into deck with great view - Central A/C and heating - EV charging station (L2, fast) - High speed internet/WiFi (200Mbps down, 20Mbps up) - All new appliances - Linnens are high quality cotton - Laundry; washer and dryer - Smart TV with a paid (free to you) YouTube TV. You can also log in with your NetFlix, etc. This place is clean, bright, simple, and quiet. Central air conditioning and heating was added in March 2022. Just set the thermostat if you want it warmer or cooler. All appliances, beds, furniture, and linnens were new as of fall 2021. Off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles. Quiet neighborhood. No parties are allowed. And per county ordinance no day guests are allowed at this (or any) short-term rental. This cabin is intended for those who want a quiet vacation or quick get-away. No smoking or vaping in or near the cabin. Normal check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. This allows sufficient time to clean and prepare the cabin and spa between guests.
