Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to 2 of the 3 large parks, downtown, food and the freeway. This beautiful house just went through major renovations and is just about entirely new throughout. Designed to be comfortable and cozy yet modern and enjoyable. Cook some great meals or kick back and relax. Go visit the local sites or head to boise 35 minutes away. This house has a ton to offer! This is a tri-level house with the main floor being the kitchen, dining and living rooms all in an open concept layout. 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs. 1 bedroom, family room, laundry room and bathroom are downstairs. There's a tv with dvds downstairs as well. The bedroom downstairs has an air mattress in it as well as we are waiting on the twin over full with trundle bed frame to show up. There is a key code to unlock the deadbolt on the front door for access to the house. There are 3 of us that own and operate this property. One of us will be available if needed. We don't want to bother you at all, but want you to have an amazing experience and tell others about it and return when the time comes again! This is a very desirable part of town in a great neighborhood. We are 1 block from the local library which has quite a few events throughout the year (mostly summertime), 2 blocks from Carl Miller park (the airplane park), 5 blocks to Richard Aguirre park (the pool park). The neighbors are all very kind and have been great to be around. You might leave with a new friend if that appeals to you! N 10th E is the main road to get to the house and other main roads throughout the town. There is public transportation that passes by the house if needed. There is a two car garage, 2 spots in front of the garage, and 2 more spots next to the garage for off street parking. Theres also the front of the house and side where you could park another four cars total. N 10th E is a narrow street so tuck your mirrors in and park at your own risk. It is lined with other parked cars as well so it's not uncommon. We have plenty of parking at this house. Wifi is being connected on Dec 7th, 2021. We are waiting for the trundle bunk bed frame to show up. The hot tub wont be functional until around Dec 17th, 2021. If anything is done sooner than anticipated I will update this section.
