Nightlife is awesome! and shopping. Target store 10 min drive. Walmart within 7min drive. 20 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland. ÜBER and Lyft easily accessible! ÜBER and Lyft Bus route at the corner of the street. 1. Please take shoes off at the door. 2. This is a Smoke-Free environment. No smoking on the property. 3. Absolutely No Pets/ No Parties allowed Neighbors will call police!! 4. Breaking of house rules does result in fines. 5. If you use the dishes please wash them 6.The garage is useable for parking. 7. The lake is within walking distance to the north of the house about 3 blocks. 8.Anything damaged, stained, broken or missing will result in a fine being assessed. 9. No beds/bedrooms on the first floor! There are 14 steps to the upper level and 13 steps down to the lower level.
