Free parking on premises. Fenced in backyard. Note: I have a dog. He will not go in your room or the bathroom, but he will be in the shared living space (living room/kitchen/yard). He is hyper but very friendly :) Shared bathroom, private guest room. You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen. Free parking on property, in the back of house by the shed.
