Country Miner's Cottage

Enjoy a country escape in this charming heritage miner's cottage on a beautiful 5 acre property. Completely renovated with all the modern comforts, the cottage includes a bedroom, living and dining room with kitchenette, and a bathroom. There is also a small porch. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a divan in the living area which converts to two single beds (one is a trundle bed) if needed. We can also add a cot. You might like to watch TV or enjoy the lovely views from every window. There is a lot of natural beauty to enjoy including walks by the lake at Boreen Point (10 minutes away), swims at Noosa Main Beach (25 minutes away), or strolling through the neighbouring state forest. There is regularly wildlife on the property and nearby including parrots, cockatoos, and kangaroos, as well famous Smudge the superchook. The cottage is separate from the main house and fully self-contained so you can have complete privacy or pop up to the house where your hosts will be happy to provide some home grown vegies and useful info about sightseeing and dining in the local area.
