This is a tasteful and private studio apartment, situated in the heart of Birmingham. Designed to create an airy and modern space perfect for city living. We aim to offer stylish, affordable, city centre accommodation. Our apartment is always left in a clean and tidy condition, therefore clean and tidy guests are welcomed This is a very comfortable, clean and airy studio flat with a fully fitted kitchen, large bathroom/shower and modern living space. The flat has a space saving folding wall bed for two people and a comfortable double sofa bed. Our flat is ideal for solo travellers, couples or small groups of no more than three. The flat is part of an Award winning development and is very quiet and safe. It is close to the ICC, Symphony Hall, Brindley Place and Broad Street and within walking distance from The Bullring Shopping centre and Grand central/New Street Station. The bed will be made with fresh sheets, bedding and pillows. Fresh sheets and bedding will be provided if you intend to use the sofa bed. Guests may use all kitchen appliances/ accessories, Wi-Fi and smart TV. Instructions will be provided on how to use the apartments amenities. Refreshments and some breakfast items will be available for guests on arrival. Fresh towels and toiletries will be available in the bathroom. There is a washer dryer available with detergent for guests to use. The apartment is situated on the second floor and is accessible by both lift and stairs. There is free parking on the street outside the block of apartments after 7.30pm Mon-sat and all day Sunday but it is on a first come first served basis. There are however, a number of good multistorey car parks nearby. We can provide details on booking. We are central and have good train, tram and bus links as well as local affordable taxi services. This is our Birmingham residence and when we rent it out it means that we are not in Birmingham ourselves, hence it is unlikely we will meet our guests. However, we do everything we can to ensure all your questions are answered and you have a very comfortable stay. Birmingham's Convention Quarter is a cool and creative district jam packed full of great bars, clubs, restaurants and café's on your doorstep. This lively Neighbourhood is very central ideal for both business and leisure. Stones throw away from many key venues such as the world-class ICC, Symphony Hall, Brindley place and the NIA, the National Indoor Arena, a setting for a wide range of sports and entertainment events. This area is Birmingham's equivalent to London's West End and is also the city's media hub where the BBC, ITV and Heart FM are based. Please note your keyset will consist of a single building entrance fob and a single key to the apartment. Unfortunately we can not supply you with any additional fobs/keys because they are very expensive to order and replace if lost. Check-in is between 3pm-11pm (we will try our best to be as flexible as possible if an earlier check in is required). Check-out is between 6am-10am. We expect our guests to please leave the place clean and tidy as found and respect our belongings. We have endeavoured to create a cosy and welcoming space that people will enjoy staying in.
