Basement and garage are both closed off and have a storage renter using space. Garage has security camera on/ front of house for safety. All kitchen items you will need and linens. Coffee pot and keurig machine with some complementary coffees. ***Upon approval from host: May consider ONE small dog with additional pet fee and waiver signing that you ***Fees will be charged for animals found without approvals. Pet/Service Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 small dog. Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal on the entire property. ** The Pet/Service Animal Cleaning fee is $10 a day or $50/wk and will need to be paid immediately in addition to your booking- which can be set up. For rentals longer than 30 days a flat rate of $300 Pet fee will be charged. GUESTS MUST CLEAN UP ALL GARBAGE & POOP OUTSIDE FROM THE YARD EVERY NIGHT. $50 EXCESSIVE CLEANUP FEE IF POOP PILES ARE LEFT OUTSIDE. AT NO POINT IN TIME WILL THERE BE ANY EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT OTHER THAN THE AMOUNT SHOWN ON THE BOOKING UNLESS APPROVED BY THE HOST BEFORE YOUR BOOKING. Unapproved late checkout's result in a $50/hr fee in 1 hour increments with a maximum of 2 hours. Any later will result in an additional $500 fee. Any Vaping/ smoking/smell of smoke or proof of smoking inside the unit will result in a $350 OZONE CLEANING FEE not limited to your security deposit. No burning candles inside the home.
