The house is newly renovated and decorated. It is a superb 3 bedroom guest house but at present only one bedroom is available so you'll have the house to yourselves. (No hosts are at the house either). Its a perfect location for small families, couples, business trips, hikers and bikers. Parking is free on the front road or you can park in the lane rear of the property (which would be more suitable if you have bikes to unload) There is a secure storage for bikes with an outside tap to wash off bikes. Local attractions include Zipworld(10 mins), bike park Wales(10 mins), Brecon Beacons and the Pen Y Fan mountain(20 mins), Dare valley country park(10 mins), Ystrafellte waterfalls, the Royal mint, welsh castles and many beaches including the Gower beach and Mumbles. The garden area is under construction and will be ready for guest use summer 2022 with an added hot tub and relaxing area. No parties No pets No unauthorised guests. Please consider the neighbours so no loud music/tv after 10pm.
