Located behind Heliopolis Sporting Club, the apartment is situated in a very convenient area; there are pharmacies, supermarkets, a grocery store and a hospital within walking distance of the building. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and finding a parking spot is usually not an issue, depending on the time of day. The apartment itself is very spacious and cozy, and has 2 balconies that overlook the neighborhood. The entire apartment all to themselves I live in another apartment in Heliopolis, which means I will most likely be close by if guests need any assistance.
