Cosy Room in a Cosy House 15 mins from City Centre

Hi! 🙂 We live in a three-story terrace house in Stoke Bardolph. We have the best of both worlds as we are surrounded by countryside, but round the corner from local amenities. Victoria Retail Park is a two minute drive, or a 10-15 minute walk away. It’s home to a Morrisons, Starbucks, Costa, gym, food places and lots of other shops. The city is around a 15 minute drive, or you can get a bus from Morrisons. We look forward to meeting you! 🙂 My partner and I are working professionals. He works out of the house whilst I mainly work in the office in our home. You are welcome to use the living room, kitchen, garden, downstairs toilet and bathroom 🙂 please feel free to use the kitchen for cooking, and help yourselves to pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. We will leave some space in the fridge for you too 🙂 Our bedroom is on the top floor of the house and in the evenings we will mainly be up there so feel free to make use of the living room and kitchen areas - the tv in the living room has Netflix, Amazon prime and sky+ that you can use. We have a small dog named Fudge who is incredibly friendly and may be downstairs from time to time, though he’s mainly hanging out with us 🙂 I’ll be at home most of the time working from the office on the middle floor (opposite your room) but I am around if you have any questions! We love to meet new people but will also make sure you have space so that you can feel at home! Our house has one parking space in front of it. If you are traveling by car let us know and we will make sure to leave the space free for you to use.
