Private + cozy cottage close to lake and mountain

This cozy cabin is about as private as it gets in Sunapee. Enjoy peace and quiet in your cozy cabin after a day of hiking, skiing, biking, snowmobiling, or whatever else Sunapee has in store for you! Perfect stay for anyone looking for a quiet place to work remotely, a weekend full of good times with friends, or some family time. You'll know you arrived at our cabin once you cross the 2 beautiful stone pillars at the base of the driveway. The driveway is quite steep, so if you're coming in the winter months we strongly advise a 4-wheel-drive vehicle. If there is a snow storm near or during your stay, even though we plow the driveway often, you will not get up the driveway without 4WD. Once you arrive at the home, you'll find a spacious + covered porch before you enter the cabin. Hang your coat there and head inside to the cabin! You'll notice the brand new (2021) heating and air conditioning set up to your ideal temperature. Relax on the sectional in the living room or cook up a delicious family meal in the well stocked kitchen. For after dinner, we've got a library of board games for your enjoyment! Both bedrooms have their own thermostats for the perfect sleep conditions. The main bedroom has a walk-in closet large enough to store whatever you bring, no matter how long you're staying! The stacked washer + dryer is conveniently located right next to the bathroom if you need to freshen up. Sunapee is a mountain town, so you'll definitely need a car if you want to go far. There are a handful of hikes, 3 lakes, and even the town-famous general store within walking distance too. I am not always local but have plenty of friends in town and am not more than a short drive away if needed. If you'd like, I'm happy to give you a video walkthrough of the place when you arrive! You'll need a car to get around Sunapee. If visiting our cabin during the winter months, we'd strongly suggest a 4-wheel drive car with plenty of clearance as the driveway is steep and private.
