Our traditional Maine "Camp" has a full galley kitchen, 3/4 bath, one bedroom upstairs with a double bed and bunk beds separated by a heavy curtain. Woodsy setting. Available til Labor Day. The setting is very relaxing & special! No internet unless you have a smart phone, cell coverage is good for most. TV available for local stations & movies. Access to a lovely crystal clear body of water @ Hopkins Pond on Honeymoon Cove! Great swimming. Kayaks and paddle boat to use @ your own risk. Wildlife includes loons, terns, mergansers, eagles, frogs, a rare deer/moose, etc. email and cell phone, also will be meeting them initially to walk thru the property. We strongly recommend purchasing groceries before we meet at the site! Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing! We have 150' of water frontage. Available seasonally - Memorial Weekend to Columbus Weekend. This is 20 miles east of Bangor/Brewer, the major city with a medical center and plenty of shopping. There is a local gas station & convenience store about 7 miles away. Acadia National Park and the Ellsworth area are about 40 & 20 miles away to our south. University of Maine @ Orono is 25 miles away. Waterfront Concerts in Bangor close by. We would pick up at the Bangor International Airport for a fee and transport to property & back when time is up. The kitchen has dishes, pots/pans etc needed just bring food!
