This is a newly renovated beautiful first floor apartment in a 100 year old home. 1,100 sqft 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with all the amenities including a full kitchen with cooking essentials, tv with cable and Wi-Fi. It is walking distance to downtown and close to both Siena Heights and Adrian Colleges. Whether you are coming into town to visit family or just need a get away, this is the place to sit back and relax. You will have stairs to gain access to the shared main entrance to the home that has two apartments. Inside, you will have keyless entry into the first floor apartment which makes check in and check out a breeze. You will have access to the entire 1,100 square foot first floor apartment. We've done our best to anticipate anything you may need and to sound proof the individual unit in the house so that all our guests have a quiet and pleasant stay. We have a wonderful long term tenant who occupies the upstairs apartment and fully supports our hosting Airbnb guests. We are situated in a quiet residential neighborhood one block from main street. We are close to downtown to be able to walk and check out the local shops. We are also within walking distance to a very active park. We have a large well lit parking lot and parking is free. We plan on giving our guest space but will be available for any questions or concerns when needed. This is their time away and we understand they do not need to be bothered. Located up the hill from Trestle Park which has a walking trail to the next town over, for those who would like to get out and go for a walk. Walking distance to downtown local shops. Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the Airbnb, no more than 6 guests. Parties and large gatherings are not welcomed. Absolutely NO pets. Absolutely no smoking inside the building. This includes cigarettes, pot and vape pens. The smell lingers long after you leave and is inconsiderate to future guests. IF IT HAS BEEN FOUND THAT THERE HAS BEEN A PARTY, SMOKING OF ANY KIND OR A PET, THERE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF 250.00. Quiet hours from 10pm-8am are appreciated. Washer and dryer is available upon request at no additional charge. The televisions have Xfinity streaming cable but also has Roku, Netflix and other apps.
