Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home away from home. A two minute walk to the river and a short stroll to a great kids park and great hiking tracks this is a little hideaway from the usual hustle and bustle of Sydney. With a 35 minute drive from Sydney CBD it makes for an easy getaway mid week or the entire weekend. Close enough to walk down to the rivers edge to watch the sunrise or take a bush walk and enjoy the serenity. This little hideaway is set in a beautiful and peaceful location, we hope it will recharge and soothe the soul. You will have full access to your own patio, kitchen, bathroom, dining area and two bedrooms. The cottage is set at the front of the property and you have your own access via the front door. The front garden and large lawn area is sometimes shared by me/family. I am available via phone call or text and happy to help with local recommendations. We are a two minute walk to the rivers edge and a 10 minute walk to lots of different bush walks and a “beach” on the river. There is a great kids playground within walking distance. Our closest shops are Wattlegrove, where you can find a Coles, cafes/restaurants, sports club, pharmacy and bottle shop. We’re a 15 minute drive to Menai and a 30 minute drive to Cronulla beach and airport. Sandy point is a very peaceful neighbourhood and there is a one street enter/exit so it makes for a very safe community. There is a bus stop close by and if you were to drive there is safe on street parking with no limitations.
