This is a home away from home, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a shared pool and laundry services. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with comfortable seating, internet throughout and Netflix on demand. Situated in central Catarina you are 2 minutes walk from the mirador and the local bars and restaurants. This is one of Nicaragua’s best kept secrets. This is a private residence, with a shared courtyard, pool and laundry area. The whole space is accessible by tenants Yes available by phone, email or a simple knock on the gate as we are close by. We are 5 minutes walk from the mirador outlook over Laguna de Apoyo, there are many bars, restaurants and artisanal places to visit. Walking is the best way to get around Catarina, but there are many available moto taxis (Tuk tuks) and taxis within the town. The buses for all of Nicaragua are available frequently from the round about at the entrance of the town. All utilities including internet and Netflix are included and we have back up solar if the power goes out.
