Seaside Retreat is a cosy three bedroom bungalow in the village of Rye Harbour, only a 5 minute walk from the nature reserve. The property sleeps 6 in three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a 3ft single bed and a child's bed for children aged up to 12 years. There is a kitchen/dining room, boot/utility room, bathroom, additional cloakroom and cosy lounge with wood-burner. Large enclosed garden. Only 3 miles from Rye and beach only a 15 minute walk. The property is light and airy with a modern non fussy feel. There is a woodburner in the lounge and a large enclosed garden with decked terrace. Parking for two cars outside the property on the street. The road to the bungalow is an unmade track so care is required. Maximum of 4 adults and no pets. Rye harbour is a quiet village with a stunning nature reserve, quiet beach and sailing club. There are two pubs, a village shop and a few cafes to enjoy. It's perfect for wildlife watching and walking, beautiful trails on your doorstep. Th pretty town Rye is only 3 miles away and the sandy beach of Camber Sands less than 5 miles. The seaside town of Hastings is a 25 minute drive and Brighton only 1.5hrs. We recommend you bring a car but there are good transport links available. Bike hire available close by. Regular bus service to the village to Rye and connections to Hastings, Tenterden and Ashford from Rye. Taxi's available from Rye Railway Station. Train services to London, Hastings & Ashford. 45 minutes from the Euro-tunnel. 55 minutes from Dover ferry port.
