Decor is modern with a hint of vintage. Beautiful kitchen w gas stove. Gas heating, and air con. Hardwood floors. Foxtel. Clean and tidy. Very comfortable and homey. Outdoor garden. Place for small dog outside with my Pomeranian. Close to Lake Esmond. 3 minutes drive to Coles and 5 minutes to Ballarat City. I’m not home much during day. I have 1 friendly cat. The famous Sovereign Hill is approximately 2 minutes drive, (15 mins walk). This home is a fully renovated 1890's house, including all mod cons. Full access except my private room. I’m available in evenings to guests most days. However I’m always a phone call away. This neighbourhood is lovely and quiet. Just around the corner, (approx 2 mins walk) is Lake Esmond. Great for running, swimming, or just taking in the restful ambience. Buses run on Main Road, a short walk (5 mins) approx. Close to public transport. (Just at end of street is the bus stop) I have a double carport, so you may park your car under cover. Private tarot readings available by appointment. $50 for half hour $90 for one hour.
