For singles: nice room with terrace, central

This charming property is close to popular shops and restaurants. The car can meanwhile park in the underground parking space (a real rarity). The room usually serves as my bedroom (with a 140cm bed), mini office and training room (ergometer) and is exclusively available to you during your stay. From there you also have direct access to the furnished terrace that we share. We also share the living / dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The 2 1/2 room ground floor apartment has about 50 square meters and consists of a living / dining room, a small but fully equipped kitchen, a small shower room with toilet and a bedroom with built-in wardrobe, integrated folding bed, a shelf on wheels for your utensils and a small desk. Either an ergometer or a relaxation chair is available for you. I myself sleep on the sofa bed in the living room during your stay. Otherwise we use this together, as well as the bathroom, the kitchen and, weather permitting, the covered terrace with the small garden. So it's not huge for me, but very cosy and well equipped. I am at home most of the time, in the accommodation. I will give you as much freedom as you want, but will be happy to answer any questions and accompany you if you like. Breakfast can be booked for € 8. Please let me know at least 2 days before arrival, including special requests (gluten-free, vegan etc.) Kirchheim lies at the foot of the Swabian Alb (biosphere area), with wonderful biking and hiking trails. From here it is not far to Stuttgart with its extensive cultural offerings. (Direct trains to Stuttgart Centre). Kirchheim itself is a very lovable and livable town with a well-preserved medieval Centre, many restaurants, individual shops and a very varied cultural program. Everything in just a few minutes' walk from your accommodation! All navigation systems can find the address without any problems. Parking is possible directly in front of the house upon arrival (side street) and afterwards in the underground car park belonging to the house, on a fixed parking space.
