Cosy double room with ensuite bathroom and private living room 650m from the famous surf beach of Singleton. You'll have your own entrance as well as your own living room including TV, WiFi, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, Kitchenette(for small cooking).Fast Internet-Connection which might be interesting for "digital-nomads" or business travellers. Work, relax in the pool or go surfing at the beach. Fifo workers welcome. Please read FAQ below. There are no carpets or curtains which makes the rooms great for people with allergies. The bed is king size (1,80 x 2m). The windows have fly screens and in your living room you also have a fan on the ceiling. There is a Kitchenette available on your premises so that you can do some small cooking. Towels and bedding are provided. No smoking on our property. You have a separate entrance (the front door) and the rooms are connected which means that one part of the house is entirely yours (it's like a separate apartment). We use the side entrance. The pool is shared and you use it at your own risk. You have your own outside seating area in front of your room. We are always happy to help with advice and are looking forward to meeting fellow travellers. We live in a residential area close to the beach where you can feel the beach lifestyle throughout. The beach is great for surfing and kitesurfing, but also for cycling on the beautiful bike lane on which you could even cycle to Mandurah and Rockingham. There is a nearby shopping center (Woolworth) which is in cycling or even walking distance. Next train station is Mandurah or Warnbro station. There are buses servicing the neighboorhood. We have a key-box, so self-check-in is possible. FAQ Is this place suitable for kids? No, our place is for 2 people only and it is not suitable for small kids under 7. So one parent and a child of 8 years will feel fine, but the set up is not suitable for small kids as there is a road just in front of the house and the rooms are NOT toddler safe (plugs, kitchenette, etc.). Is the place separate from the house? No, even though you have your own entrance the rooms are connected to the house where my husband and I live. Is there a washing machine? We have a washing machine in the house which you are welcome to use if you stay longer than 7 days. The airbnb itself does not have its own washing machine. I'm a fifo worker, can I book? Absolutely. We don't have kids or pets which means that it's very quiet at our place so that you can get to relax after a stressful time at work. Can I quarantine at your place? No. Unfortunately, the Airbnb rooms are still connected to our house which makes them not self-contained enough to qualify for quarantine arrangements. Please note: This airbnb is meant to be a furnished short term accomodation for tourists. If you are a local and need a place in between moving houses, you cannot come here with your entire household belongings (boxes, cars,...) as there is simply not enough space. So please think twice before booking and get in touch if you are unsure. Our rooms are for 2 PEOPLE ONLY and we do not tolerate constant visitors, parties, overnight guests or other weird appointments to be held in our house. This is our home where we live and we want everyone in the house to feel comfortable and relaxed. You have your own entrance and you are fully independent and we respect your privacy. Vice versa we expect you to do the same and to respect our house as a smoke&drug free, calm and relaxed property.
