Property is on outskirts of village, rural location with lovely scenic countryside . Approx 2 miles drive from beach & 5 miles from university town of Aberystwyth. Entrance to property is hidden, advise to ring when nearby to give further instructions.Also advised to take care when driving out from property.Local taxis available & buses ( from village about 1mile )No pavements outside on road but can be walked with care Feature of room is small balcony available with seating overlooking garden pond , garden & lovely views of country side .
