Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space featuring cordless blinds, adjustable vibrating bed, on demand hot water, marble and wood floors. Fully equipped. Close to rivers, lakes, ski hills (Website hidden by Airbnb) paved biking/walking trail, on snowmobiling/atv trail. Quiet road, large yard. One mile from Iron River, MI. The home is suitable for up to 4 people, it's approximately 420 Sq feet, there's one bedroom with a 32" smart TV and a comfy full size adjustable vibrating bed. The living room has a couch that pulls out directly on the floor, so no bars, full size. The home has cordless blinds throughout. There's a washer and dryer for use in the basement. On demand hot water (start the hot water in the sink to get hot water going in the delux shower). Very quiet neighborhood, not much traffic at all, wooded area across the street, next to the river, nice big back yard with a fire pit. Please don't hesitate to get ahold of one of us with any questions you may have, Kent (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) or Crystal (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) we are happy to help Besides being right off an atv/snowmobile trail we are a block away from a nice paved trail for walking or bicycling. It goes from Iron River all the way to Pentoga Park. The entire ride is close to 9 miles one way. The Iron River (which is a Blue Ribbon Trout Stream and flows through the City), the Apple Blossom Hiking Trail, and the Iron County Historical Museum are all with in walking distance. go to (Website hidden by Airbnb) for more information about the surrounding area. Lots to do and lots to see! To get to the trails from the little house: Go out the front door, across the street to the left you'll see a dirt 2 track path that goes down a little hill, if you go left at the bottom you are on an atv/snowmobile trail that heads towards town (Caspian). If you continue straight to the road and then turn right you'll walk over the bridge past the Iron river, you'll see a paved walking/bike trail where you can either go left towards Iron River or right towards Chicaugon Lake For the time being we are accepting pets. up to 2 small dogs $10 a night paid sometime during your stay by cash, check or (Hidden by Airbnb)
