Offgrid 1 bedroom cabin with woodstove and sauna

Welcome to Owlwood, an offgrid farm and community, home to 3 families and numerous farm animals. Your cabin is surrounded by approx. 200 acres of forest and trails, located at the end of a 2km driveway it is a very private property. However with 10 other farm residents it is likely you will see people going about their day. The cabin is part of a larger farm building which also houses a pottery studio, workshop and music loft which we try not to use while we have guests. The Cabin at 20x20 is small bright and cozy. Heated by a woodstove and powered by solar there is ample power for charging devices or lighting the space. The kitchen has a propane stove and a dry sink. Water for dishes is close by but needs to be heated in a kettle or on the wood stove for washing up and dishes. There is no shower or laundry on site and the toilet is an outhouse located about 40ft outside the cabin. Parking is about 50ft away from the cabin and the trail can be a bit wet, boots are an asset. There are trails to hike, a fire pit to hang out by and a sauna to fire up if you like.
