A lovely getaway in the Brandywine Valley, close to the Brandywine River Museum, Brandywine Battlefield, Longwood Gardens, Chadds Ford Winery and West Chester University. The master bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, middle room with a double bed and third bedroom with a twin. 2 full baths, one half bath adjacent to the spacious family room. Stunning views from the side decks. Pool closed for the winter. Please note that there is a two night minimum. No parties or smoking on the property. The water for this house is provided by a well. Sometimes excessive use can result in lower water pressure, one reason that we limit occupancy to five people and that the house can not accommodate parties.
