You are 700m from möllevångstorget, and you don't have any partynoice outside the apartment. You are also very close to one of Malmös biggest park "Pildammsparken" Takes you 5-10 minutes to walk there, and its a great park. Ten minutes walk from Triangeln train station, and 2 minutes from Södervärn with the best bus connections in Malmö. This is a home, it's not a Hotel. I will clean before you arrive but don't expect it to be sterile like in a hotel room, and same expectations i will have on you. If you want to play on the instruments that is in the middleroom you are welcome, but please take care of them (= If you stay a longer term please water the plants. I love them (: At last.
