Peaceful Cottage on a quiet farmette

Welcome to Spurling Acres. You will have a single family home all to yourself on this 10 acre estate. We are just a 5 minute drive from downtown Rockton. Enjoy the serenity of the country by relaxing in the gazebo by the koi pond, taking a walk through the walnut grove. You are also welcome to visit our chicken shack for farm fresh eggs! A 2 stall barn and 6 acre fenced pasture can be available (for an additional fee) if your horses need a travel break. This home has been recently renovated and has all of the upgrades you could ask for! Open concept living area includes a kitchen with a large breakfast bar, eat in kitchen area and hang-out TV space. The bedrooms are in the back of the home with a queen sized matress in the master and bunk beds in the spare room off of the bedroom. Bathroom has a tub and shower combo. WiFi is available, but isn't always cooperative in the country. Just let us know if you have issues and we will reset it. There is a driveway next to the side door of the home. Plenty of room for multiple cars. Rockton is a quick 5 minute drive away. We will send you a code to access the home on the day of your visit. Guests staying longer than 4 nights will receive a mini maid service of clean towels and linens. We will need to enter the property, but will make arrangements with you in advance so as to protect your privacy. Quiet 10 acre farmette in the country surrounded by farms. Long private driveway for guest parking Our dog Jax has free run of the property. He is very friendly and doesn't care if you don't love dogs, so please let us know if you don't want his attention and we will keep him indoors...but he is adorable!
