The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional Austrian villa with mountain view and next to the center of Bad Aussee. Grocery stores, cafes, parks, restaurants, are walkable in less than 10 mins. Attractions like the famous city of Hallstatt are 17km away and reachable by train or bus. Bad Aussee also offers you various attractions like the Altausseer lake located about 4 km from the villa. Ski-areas are connected by bus from Bad Aussee. The apartment »Stadtvilla Bad Aussee« has a daylight bathroom, equipped with a shower, a sink with a spacious mirror cabinet and a toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living-room with a comfortable couch and a SAT/ Cable/ Web-TV. The comfortable relaxation armchair invites you to relax. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a bright dining-area with a view of the sourrounding mountains. Bad Aussee is a very traditional Austrian town (about 5000 residents), which offers you a beautiful view to the Austrian mountains, the cozy and classical town center called »Meranplatz«. In the center of Bad Aussee you find everything you need for a unforgettable vacation (in less than 5 mins from the apartment). Restaurants, stores, cafes, parks, tourist information and much more. The regional museum »Kammerhofmuseum« offers you traditional exhibits. From the villa you can go hiking, biking, skiing, sight seeing, or just relaxing and enjoying the lovely mountain air. Just ask us for tips or more attractions! The train station »Bad Aussee« is 2 km away, approx. 5 mins by car. The next bus stop to the station is located 300m away (»Postamt« or »Kurpark«), the busses drive at short intervals directly to the train station. From the train station there are connections available to Hallstatt (every 2 h, starting at 6:50 a.m., directly to Hallstatt in just 15 mins, price is at the moment one way at 3.40 EUR), to Vienna (4 h), Salzburg (2:30 h), Graz (2.30 h) and many other destinations. In the winter time there are bus services from Bad Aussee center to the main ski-areas, Loser -Altausee and Tauplitz - Bad Mitterndorf.
