From full kitchen and hugh living space to the large open backyard, there is plenty of rooms for the whole family to enjoy. Enjoy your stay to the max by taking a 2 min walk to the Canal lake, or spend time in forest face backyard with a stone fire place & benches all over. You can also enjoy the warmth of the inside of the house while watching from 2 pourches Welcome to CCC ( Cozy Country Cottage) located in Canal lake region of Kirkfiled Ontario. Canal lake is a nice and cozy lake with access to centennial trailers park and bolsover park and just 1:10 minutes from Newmarket. The property features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 purch with different views. This 4 season beautiful cottage is sure to create amazing memories anytime of the year. This place is suited for 6 person We don’t allow bigger groups and will be there for check-in to ensure our rules are respected. So NO EXCEPTIONS,please The full kitchen offers all cooking necessities, a full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker,toaster,and dinning table with place setting for six people, There are glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, cooking and eating utensils. Also spring water is provided,as the water of cottage is from the well. The bedrooms have bed frames, 2 double and 2 twin The living room offers 2 cozy lounging sofa so you streach out or snuggle up at night to watch Netflix Movies. Recreation Watersport- Canal lake is a nice lake and has many interesting boating destinations Fishing-With it’s large size and abundance of fish habitat, Canal lake is known as a very good place Swimming-Canal lake warms up quickly and the swimming is great if you have limestone-bottomed waterfront Hiking- The Carden Alvar is designated an Important Bird Area (IBA) by Birdlife International. Carden is nationally significant as one of the last strongholds of the Eastern Loggerhead Shrike in Canada. The 35 km (21 mile) route begins at the Kirkfield Lift Lock and ends at Kawartha Road 48 about 5.5 km west of Kirkfield. Also Juniper trail is next to Rohallion is available There personal items in the closet of the third room on the right that are not for guest use. Please don’t touch them Full access to cottage, parking spaces for 4 cars and access to local lake (not public) ** There are some personal stuff in one of the closet. Max as a Host and Sean as CO-Host can be contacted via the airbnb app or Cellphone anytime.
