Welcome to Heard Lake House, the perfect destination for family and friends to create lasting memories on renowned Stoco Lake in Tweed, Ontario. Located two hours from Toronto and two hours from Ottawa, approximately 30 minutes north of Belleville/Hwy401. Our Lake House is nestled on the sandy northeast side of the lake, providing you with all day sun and picturesque evening sunsets. Our fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath, hot tub and spacious living area are ready to welcome you! Our home can comfortably sleep 10 guests, offering 3 bedrooms on the main level and 2 on the lower level, all offering double occupancy. Main floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen/dining and living room with french doors that open up to a beautiful 3-season enclosed sun porch with views of the lake at all times of the day. In the fall months, the sunshine can comfortably warm the sunroom, making it enjoyable to curl up on the chair with a good book or tea/coffee while you gaze out and admire the lake views. Main level has two queen beds and one double bed. Two of the upper level bedrooms have a TV in them with firestick, however the other 3 bedrooms do not have a TV. For entertainment, our main living room has a new 75" HD smart TV with Sony sound bar, great for watching your favourite sports game! Satellite provided. Poker table, dart board and board games also provided in the basement rec room for your family fun game night. The TV located in the lower level rec room is a smart TV, however there is no satellite in the basement. Our hot tub is located just steps outside the basement door with great views of the lake. Our newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to make all your lakeside cooking days a success. Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, crock pot, kettle, full size fridge, stove and microwave. Complimentary coffee/tea, sugar, spices, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Please ensure you put up the baby gate upon arrival if needed for the safety of your child(ren).
