Full laundry, secure side entrance, back deck and grassed area. Buses to Newcastle at the doorstep. Short walk to local pub and bakery. Less than 5 minute drive to Newcastle Interchange (Wickham). Short walk to Hamilton Station and Beaumont Street shops. A great place to be for exploring Newcastle's city centre, beaches and lifestyle. Three bedrooms are large and spacious. Full access to amenities in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom. High ceilings and ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and the living space. Fully contactable via email. The beer garden at Maryville Tavern is a great spot for an easy dinner of afternoon drink. Praise Joe cafe is five minute walk to Tighes Hill. Less than 10 minutes walk to Suspension Espresso in Hamilton. Number 47 bus runs along our street. Cycle path runs along Throsby Creek into Nobby's beach along Honeysuckle. Short distance to Hamilton train station. Short drive (or 15 minute walk) to Wickham light rail station, which is a great trip into Newcastle beach and Hunter Street.
