We have adopted a kitten called Maya gently settling @ 4 months. 100% cotton bed linens, luxury woollen or pure goose duvets, WiFi, TV, cotton towels, dressing gowns, shampoos, hairdryer and shower gel. Tea and coffee tray in room, we offer a selection of herbal teas too. Breakfast, is a relaxed affair, we set the table up for you to enjoy. Includes cereals i.e. muesli, flakes, free range local eggs, bread, toast, jams, marmalade, honey, natural yoghurt etc. Note if you have any special dietary needs just let us know e.g. gluten, non dairy or vegan. We have 1 Spar Shop with a post office and two pubs. A great foodie pub less than 5 mins drive away. Cullompton Town is 6 mins away, it has 2 large supermarkets Tesco & Aldi as well as other shops and tea rooms. We have a beautiful garden which you are welcome to enjoy. We are a smoke free home. Guests can use kitchen if required to prepare or store food. We just ask for you to let us know in advance. We request guests not to smoke in our home but can use garden. Guests can use washing machine for small charge of £4 per wash. As a professional family we respect guests privacy throughout your stay. We are experienced Airbnb Super Hosts. Annie has worked commuted to London using hotels and Airbnb’s so understands how important it is to be cosy and comfortable, we are available as needed. We really enjoy hosting and ask guests to let us know if you need any extra blankets, pillows etc. A local tourist information pack is available and good local food recommendations as needed. We enjoy meeting our guests and want you to enjoy your stay, relax and feel chilled. Picturesque Devon village with easy access to the M5, Exeter, Cullompton and other tourist attractions. We have a resource folder of local attractions and places of interest etc. There are some lovely walks around the village with stunning views. We have 1 shop/post office which sells everything, 2 pubs of which one serves food on Fridays, the other 5 mins drive away a great menu during the week and weekends. Our nearest town is Cullompton about 7 minutes away by bus or car just off JNC 28 of M5. There are 2 large supermarkets i.e. Aldi & Tesco in Cullompton as well as a selection of small shops, cafes, McDonalds and Costa Coffee. There is a regular No 1 bus service to Exeter city centre which is 10 miles away. Nearest stop 3 mins walk. The wonderful National Trust Killerton Estate is 5 mins away by car set in 2000 acres of stunning countryside with coffee shops etc. Exmouth beach is 25 mins away and our favourite Lyme Regis beach is 45 mins away. Antique towns like Honiton and Tiverton 30 mins by car. Mr Crispin in Bradninch is our local taxi man. Highly recommended by guests usually for weddings + parties. Early booking is advised.
