Public transport by train brings you downtown in 40 minutes, distance to Munich is 30 km. The famous 5-lakes area is within 5 to 20 minutes by car. The apartement is newly refurbished and on the ground floor, your car parks right in front of your doorway. The apartement offers a combined living-sleeping room, with couch and double bed, which may be put together or apart. The bathroom is newly done, all in decent natural colours. Spacious shower, toilet and heating for towels. The kitchen is also well equipped. Dishwasher, fridgerator, Freezer, oven. Coffeemaker, Senseo pad machine, toaster, water boiler and much more. Towels and linen are for free, as well as use of LAN Internet. Please note, this is a non-smoking apartement. Across the street is our lovely garden on the river Amper. You may use this garden together with the owners, as well as grill and chairs.
