Enjoy your stay in the Saint Louis metro area at our safe, clean, and comfy home in Saint Peters, MO - which was recently ranked by Money Magazine as the #1 city in Missouri to live in. Our home is close to dining, shopping, parks, walking trails, and freeways. Many restaurants, as well as groceries, pharmacies, and other services are within walking distance. See our extensive guidebook for additional details. A charming older home that underwent significant remodeling of the primary living spaces in 2021. Comfy couches and recliners in the living room with new beds in each bedroom. Although somewhat dated, kitchen is spacious and well laid out. We’re only a short drive from historic old-town Saint Charles - which is a must-see if you have time. Additionally, the Saint Louis area has a number of world-class attractions such as the Gateway Arch, Saint Louis Zoo, science center, botanical gardens, and several outstanding museums. A number of these attractions are FREE! Guests have full use of the interior and exterior of the property, with the exception of the backyard sheds, one interior closet, and a garage storage room. My wife and I are easy to contact and are only minutes away if you need assistance. We are near Mid-Rivers mall drive and Mexico road. There are a variety of stores, dozens of restaurants, several parks, and multiple walking/biking trails near you. Saint Peters is a very safe suburban city in the western Saint Louis metro area. A great place to stay while you’re visiting. You will need a vehicle (or ride service) to travel the metro area if you want to visit any of the regional sites. However there are plenty of restaurants and other services within walking distance. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles. There is street parking available a quarter block away from the residence. Please note: we do not typically accept reservations from guests without Airbnb ID verification and a review history. The property is adjacent to Mexico road, which is a popular thoroughfare. There is some traffic noise but it is not excessive. Please use discretion in allowing children to be unattended in the front yard.
