The house is built in a very quiet and amphitheatric location overlooking the sea. It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 semi-double and a sofa that becomes a bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The area is called Akti Nireos (Nireos’ Coast) and is 25 miles away from Chalkida. It is a very preferential area. It is located approximately in the middle of Evia, so it gives the opportunity for excursions throughout the island. Entire apartment 93 square meters on the 2nd floor. --- Bedrooms --- 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a semi-double. One room looks like a small attic and you go up a small staircase. It is the favorite of visitors. --- Bathrooms --- There are two spacious bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. You will find them very useful during your stay, especially if you are a group with several people. --- Kitchen --- The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle will provide you everything you need to unfold your cooking skills. --- Veranda 25 sqm --- At the front is the part of the house you will love. Enjoy the sea view from the early morning hours until sunset. There is a dining room for your breakfast or your lunch and a comfortable porch swing to relax at any time. At the back of the house, you can enjoy the mountain view from the two (2) balconies that exist in the house and have a table and chairs. --- Parkin --- On the road right in front of the accommodation you can park all your cars. There is plenty of space and other cars rarely pass by. You have access to the entire apartment that covers the entire floor. In front of the building, there is a yard that is not yet constructed so for your own safety it is best to avoid it. The ground floor and the 1st floor belong to relatives who rarely dwell. Most likely, you will be alone in the whole building. We are at your disposal at any time for anything you need. The house is located in a very quiet and sparsely populated area and is 4 miles away from Aliveri which is called Akti Nireos. For many people it is considered central Evia and for others South. However, it is located slightly south and this gives you the great advantage and flexibility to make excursions and day trips throughout the island. ---- For basic necessities ---- In Aliveri (6 km) you will find everything you need. Six (6) large super markets of well-known companies, butchers, shops of all kinds. It is a city of 5,000 inhabitants that has everything. It is so close that many shops make delivery to the accommodation. ---- How will you arrive ---- 1. By Road: 40 km from Chalkida (47 minutes) 2. Ferry boat from Oropos: You cross over Eretria and from there it is 12 miles away (25 minutes) On the road right in front of the accommodation you can park all your cars. There is plenty of space and other cars rarely pass by. Evia is the 2nd largest island in Greece. This means that it has many beauties of all kinds (mountain, beaches, traditional villages, archeological sites, monasteries but also good food at reasonable prices). Do not miss the opportunity to discover them. We are locals and we know all this very well. We have the ability and the will to suggest you anything you wish.
