1 bedroom, fully self contained unit on 5 acre hobby farm 4 km south of Moruya township, beaches galore, Mogo zoo, SAGE (Sustainable Agriculture Growers Eurobodalla) Farmers Market, racecourse, airport, speedway, river, restaurants & pubs/clubs, seaplane, parachuting, fishing charters, whale watching, soooo much to do. 5km ride to river, 12kms to dog & horse friendly beaches. 2kms to Moruya showground, Eurobodalla dressage club & rodeo ground OR laze around the Shack, read, TV, WiFi Pet & livestock friendly accommodation. The unit is located beside our home, has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, laundry & large living area with sofa bed. The unit has a dog proof yard - (as we have sheep, various fowl on the property dogs are to be on lead whilst out of dog yard). There are two stables, with corals, connected to a clean, secure horse paddock. Stables have auto water system & there is space for feed storage in shared feed shed - if bedding for stables is required please contact to discuss Guests have access to the 'The Shack', dog yard and horse facilities. Livestock roam the property, dogs must be on a leash when in livestock areas. Guest do not have access to livestock holding areas. Available via mobile if not at Fiddlers Loft. Moruya is a town reawakening a history and connection with growing its own food. A community of growers feeds the local population and those who visit with seasonal bounty. Moruya's passion springs from the fertile lands that surround Moruya & Deua River systems, the same environment that shaped the towns history with gold & granite. Arts & culture also flow through the river town and shows itself in the wooden sculptures in the main street & with the regular festivals & exhibitions. Moruya commercial airport is your daily link to Sydney.
