Alma Apartment - easy access to airports

Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Wifi accessible. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. THIS IS STRICTLY A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. A SAND TRAY IS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT BOUNDARY OR THERE IS A PARK AT THE END OF THE ROAD. IF THIS DOESN'T SUIT YOU, WE WON'T TAKE OFFENCE IF YOU BOOK ELSEWHERE. The compact kitchen has kettle, toaster, sandwich press, electric rice cooker, small slow cooker, and microwave, and crockery and cutlery for your stay. No full stove, and generally not suitable for high temperature cooking. Barbeque available on request. Enough breakfast for 1-2 days will be supplied, bread in freezer, milk in fridge, tea, coffee and other dry goods in cupboard above fridge. There is a hand held steamer iron in the bedroom. If you would prefer a conventional iron and ironing board let us know. The brick paved driveway is mostly all yours. We park on the gravel driveway or down the back. Occasionally a courier will park in your driveway, we can't control that. And sometimes my Dad will park there for a few minutes so Mum can have easy access to our house. Walk to the right along the front of house all the way to a personal gate on far right hand side. Through that gate is a lock box. We can be available for questions, at any time by text, and most times happy to chat in person. Hazelmere (near Guildford and Midland) is a semi-rural area; many of the residents have lived here for many years. You will also hear magpies and willy wagtails chattering, and chickens and geese. Horses down the end of the road. You may hear trains in the distance, as well as the occasional aeroplane. Although we are close to the airport, planes usually fly off to one side of us so we are rarely bothered by them. Car is useful. But you can walk to the nearby corner deli, as well as to a bigger shopping centre (including an awesome eatery Hall & Oats), or you can catch the bus into Midland Station, connecting there with trains to elsewhere in Perth. Uber and taxis are also readily available. We leave you to the privacy of your space during your stay. Cleaning is only done by us at the end of your stay. There is a broom and pan and brush in your apartment, and a small vacuum cleaner. If you need a more powerful vacuum cleaner, just let us know and we will lend your ours.
