SHERWOOD is situated only 10 mins drive from Westfield Fountain Gate and 15 mins walk to Casey Plaza shopping centre. Makes this house centrally located to all the amenities you need during your stay. Narre Warren South is about 35 mins drive to the Melbourne CBD, you can use Train, Taxi or Uber to get around . This beautifully styled Four bedroom home has an open plan kitchen dining area, with a warm and comfortable sitting space. Perfect to enjoy good food and wine, relax with a book or just hang out with the family. It opens up to the outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and dining table. The secure back yard is great for the four legged members of the family to play and explore. The main living space is large enough for the whole family to hang out together. With a large plush down filled couch, 55" TV set up with an abundance of channels via chrome-cast to stream your favourite movie or binge watch anything you could want. The four beautiful bedrooms are an absolute dream to sleep in, with high quality linen, pillows, bedding and plush mattresses. The Master has an ensuite, walk in robe and Tv area for mum and dad to kick back and relax in. The main bathroom has a double jet spa tub for those who love a good relaxing soak while you stream your relaxing spa music with the G00gle speaker. The laundry is set up with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally the private outdoor area is a great space to have a bbq with a dining table to sit 8 guests and a beautiful modular outdoor sofa can fit an extra 8 more guest. Each Bedroom has a queen bed and is able to sleep eight , but if you require an additional 2 more guests an Air mattress will be provided with linen and extra towels in the upstairs living room area. Please inform the host prior to booking and a daily additional cost will be added to your stay. There is a free parking you can use infront of the garage. Also Free parking off the street ( check signs for restriction ). Uber, DIDI or Taxi are available to get around the area. Also bus stop just right around the corner. WIFI AND INTERNET The house has good DODO NBN wifi. password are available at check in TV & STREAMING We have 3 tvs through out the house. One in master, living upstairs and downstairs. All our tv are equipped with Streaming device service , as we installed Chromecast on each tv. You can stream your favourite show from you own account Netflix, Stan, Youtube, Stan etc. SPEAKERS The house also equiped with a few G00gle speakers for you to stream your own music by using your own spotify, youtube music or other streaming service. We have one in the master bedroom, main spa bathroom, living room upstairs and downstairs. COFFEE There is an NESPRESSO coffee machine and limited pods provided. Please bring own favourite pods if you have a specific flavour. HEATING/COOLING There is a central heating and cooling through out the house. Aircon controller upstairs and heating downstairs.
