Modern Studio by Remote Beach near Manuel Antonio

Modern studio with a beautiful secluded beach less than a km away. The studio is fully equipped with Queen size bed, kitchenette, A/C and WiFi. Just a 30-40 min. drive north or south gets you to Manuel Antonio ( most famous national park in Costa Rica ) or Jaco ( city nightlife, shopping, and great surf ). The studio is located in a new modern house surrounded by large mango and other exotic fruit trees. With just a 15 min. walk or a 5 minute drive to the beach you can enjoy the seclusion that is Playa Bandera. The sandy beach has great waves for surfing and as far as the eye can see coconut palms lining the ocean. The studio is fully equipped with kitchenette, a/c and WiFi. Our house got built in 2018, the studio apartment is on the ground floor and we live upstairs with our 4 loving dogs. We have a separate yard for them so they will not disturb you. But all are rescues and love attention. The house is full concrete so noise does not travel well through the walls. You have your own entrance and terrace with the view to the garden and lounge chairs with table and chairs. From your bed you can enjoy the view to the large mango trees with squirrels, iguanas, and all kinds of colorful exotic birds. Parking space is right by studio entrance door. Manual locking gate is in front of property near the road. Just go out the gate to the left on the road and follow it to the beach. Playa Bandera is a beautiful, quiet small beach town where mostly locals live. You can really enjoy a secluded beach walk or great waves to surf by yourself. A car is suggested so you can take advantage of all the sights and activities the area has to offer. Within a 30-45 minute drive from the studio there are multiple tourist attractions and parks to check out. A public bus stop is 3 kilometers away. It can take you north or south to the nearby towns. In the town of Parrita (7 kilometers away) there is a larger bus station which you can get to anywhere in the country. If you don't have a car I can offer rides to some of the tourist attractions for an extra charge. Like a day trip to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, Rainmaker Park, and local surf spots. I also offer airport pickup or drop off for an extra charge. I am a professional private chef. I offer dinner when I am free from my other jobs for an extra charge. Also I am a experienced surfer and have been coming to Costa Rica for over 15 years and living here for a couple years now. I can give any information on what the area offers as for as waves go.
