Approx. 45kms from Bathurst Sofala is a must stay for those who love the charm of small towns. The 2 bedroom self contained unit is above the General Store, the Rustic Cafe is 2 doors down and the Sofala Royal Hotel is straight across the road. Surcharge applies: School Holidays and P/H Please ensure when booking that you nominate the correct amount of guests, this will ensure that everything is ready to accommodate the total number of guests. The building is a local icon which has been lovingly restored for guests to enjoy. There is a large deck off the kitchen and lounge area to enjoy a coffee or a meal. The unit is open plan, linen, tea, coffee, sugar and milk portions are provided. The unit has a cosy feel to it, a great space to relax and enjoy your time away. Please note, the unit is on Tank Water so water must be used sparingly. Parking is on street out the front of the building. Side access through locked gate. A lockbox is on the gate, the code will be provided once the booking is confirmed. Village atmosphere, friendly locals, unique buildings to look at from a bygone era. The Turon River is a great place to sit and relax or even take a dip to cool off in the warmer months. Enjoy a stroll around the village or take a drive to see all that Sofala and surrounds has to offer. Want to learn more about the history of Sofala?
